Terms and conditions

Rates

• Rates include accommodation, full English breakfast and free Wi-Fi
• Management reserves the right to change rates without notice. Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.

Payment & deposits

• We require a 100% deposit to secure a reservation.
• The deposit is payable before the date as stipulated in the confirmation.
• Payment can be made by any of the following means: Cash, internet transfer and debit / credit cards.

Arrival and departure times

• Check-in time: 16:00 – 19:00 on the arrival day.
• Late or early arrivals: Please arrange with management
• Departure must be by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• Late departure is at the discretion of management and dependant on room availability.

Damage to contents / property

• In the event of any damages to the room(s) or property, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and / or replace the item(s) affected

Our Liability

• Dias Guest House its owners or employees will not be liable to compensate any person in respect of loss or damage to his/her property or injuries sustained while such a person is a guest or visitor on this premises.

Cancellation policy

If cancelled:

• 0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of payment
• 7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of payment
• 14-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of payment
• 21+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 20% of payment
• In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.

General

• No guests other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
